Creative Days for Corporate Teams
Hands-on creative experiences that help teams reconnect with curiosity, creativity and experimentation. Make, test, tinker and prototype together, with no single right answer and no pressure to get it right first time.
Why Creative Play?
As adults, especially at work, we can become focused on finding the right answer, getting things right the first time, and staying within what we already know. Creative play creates space to think differently with curiosity, experimentation and a willingness to explore the unexpected.
Our approach is rooted in constructionism, tinkering and experiential learning: the idea that people build understanding by making, testing, adapting and reflecting on what they create. Rather than beginning with a fixed outcome, participants are encouraged to follow ideas, notice what happens and learn through the process.
Tinkering creates permission to experiment without needing to know the answer in advance. It values iteration, failure and discovery, helping teams become more comfortable with uncertainty and more open to unexpected possibilities.
Creative technology acts as the catalyst. Sound, light, electronics, coding and everyday materials give ideas a physical form, turning abstract thinking into something teams can see, touch, test and change together.
For us, play is not a break from serious work. It is a way of creating the conditions for collaboration, problem-solving, creative confidence and new thinking to emerge.

-
Tinkering encourages people to explore without needing to know the answer in advance. By making, testing, adapting, and following their curiosity, participants learn through the process and discover possibilities they might not reach through discussion alone.
-
Creative work depends on being willing to try, fail and try again. Getting things wrong creates space for experimentation, reflection and iteration, helping people become more comfortable with uncertainty and more open to unexpected ideas.
-
Creative technology introduces surprise, possibility and new ways of working. It encourages participants to approach ideas from unfamiliar angles, make unexpected connections and discover outcomes they could not have planned in advance.
